Hi Guys!! As I promised, I am starting to get back on my writing. I am not good when it comes to expressing myself through writing, and I feel that I always end up feeling like I am a complete idiot because my grammar and my words are very simple, and not that broad to do something like this. But anyway, this can be a start. :)
Last April 26-30, my mom and I went to POGS mid-year convention. POGS stands for "The Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society" . Every year, they organize an event for all the members (I think) or all the Ob-Gyne doctors in the Philippines to attend this convention outside Manila, as this event acts as a vacation for the doctors and the whole family. My mom was lucky enough to be sponsored by Inogen (I actually cannot remember their company's name. I hope I got it right!), which means that all expenses are paid by them. :) well, except with my airplane ticket, because we were late in informing them. Mine should have been covered... sighs. :p
So anyway, I joined my mom because she doesn't know anyone there, as some doctors didn't attend for this event, it was too far, I think. The Mindanao region were happy to organize this event, particularly, in Cgayan De Oro! It was my first time to attend this kind of event as mom doesn't want this kind of convention wherein it is far away from home. She just agreed with this because she was sponsored and since I didn't able to join my family last March in Thailand trip because of my classes, she decided to join also. :p ..
I was not aware of the activities that took place because those were exclusively for the doctors. They have tickets and coupons and I.D. to make sure that no trespassers will be able to go inside. :p So for those interested to know more, you can check this site!
We were able to visit Camiguin Island and Iligan where the Ma. Cristina Falls can be found. :) My vacation getaway in CDO and Camiguin Island/Iligan will be tackled more on my next post, but before that, let me show you my most memorable experience I got there. >:D
AWESOME . THUMBS UP FOR RAFTING! :)

Oh gosh, the photos look exhilarating. I really wish I could try white water rafting with my friends. I think it would really be a big fun.
The white water rafting is indeed awesome. It is the main pride of Cagayan de Oro. I guess you enjoyed a lot in your experience in the city. Glad to know that. Hope you could come back anytime soon.
