a quick post for my quick haul+rant

Here again, blogging and ranting at the same. How cool is that? .,
I am so sleepy,..... and I am so stressed. I feel so weak and tired just by thinking about my school works. :( ., I am interested with economics and accountancy, but they just don't work together! My mind and body are being torn apart, because of all the things to be done PLUS my other subjects which are still important btw (to pull your grades higher). I just find it harder to focus. With two diff majors at the same time. or maybe,. I am just feeling SOOO tired and sleepy because I cannot sleep at night right away. I get too excited in reading other people's blog and making a post for my blog also. I end up sleeping around past 12 or 1 in the morning, then I have to wake up at 6am or 7:30 am. As ya'll know, I LOVE SLEEPING. haha. And I want 8-9 hours of sleep. So yeah, I get too lazy waking up right away every time the alarm clock shouts at me.

Anyway, my rant was not supposed to be written, and my only intention is to post a quick haul that I did last night. I bought another set of lashes from Say as I saw one of her comments that this one is the most natural looking lashes she got among the sets. I love the Roseanne, as it looks natural in photos, but in personal?., It's too thick for a natural looking eyes and eye lashes., So I asked another pair which is Chloe. I love the strands of this set because it is not too thin and not too thick which is good if your aiming for a fresh natural look. I would love to use this right away, but I don't use falsies at school days. Then I did some grocery shopping for my mini food cart business. I ran out of ingredients, so I headed to Puregold right after I met with B. I was looking for the ingredients when I glanced in the beauty section. oooohhhh, they only have Ever Bilena, Careline, and Maybelline. That's good for a grocery since I think SM does not have Maybelline counter in their supermarket. The Ever Bilena compact powder is good for a price of 220.00 php each. The packaging is like the one in M.A.C. The powder is good na rin. It blends well in my skin! That's what made me buy this. I bought Soft Beige, and Oriental. I like the Oriental better for me (NC 30). The Maybelline BB cream caught my attention, so I took and I was impressed when I swatched it at home! The substance is very thin but not runny and not oily for my skin. Likkeeeyyy ^^

Soft Beige, Oriental.

Soft Beige is a light yellowish beige shade, while Oriental is tad darker  than Soft Beige. Both  shades will suit those with NC30

REVIEW: Maybelline EyeStudio Lasting Drama Gel EyeLiner

whooaaa! The product name is SSOOO LLONNGG!! HAHAHA. Longer than my days of being missing in action. HAHA. Kidding. =p

I am so sorry that it took so long for me to do another post. I was not feeling well and I had so much things to do. I am taking up a double degree course: Applied Economics and Accountancy, which means we have more workloads. haayysss. plus., I was getting lazy. -_- . Yes., That's me. lols

Since my classes got suspended because of the rain! (oh yeahhhh) I decided to use this time to join in giveaways and post this too!

Anyway., I have been using this product for quite sometime. I also got to use this to my 2 sister and my cousin because we had a night out last Saturday! (Hail to that!)

*I actually started taking up pictures last Saturday and supposed to post this at that day, but I ran out of time. :p

I usually use pencil eyeliners (estee lauder) and a liquid liner from Revlon and I only realized now that gel eyeliners are the best among them! It is the easiest when lining your lashes. :)) ., This is the first time I tried one because I always keep on saying I already have a lot of eyeliners and the gel ones will just give the same result. but heck no. they are much better. hihi.


PROS:

• very cheap. retails for only  Php 449.00
• Does not have a weird scent
• Nicely packed. I also like the glass container because it will help to seal and prevent the product from drying.
• I love that it has a brush included- and I LOVE THE BRUSH. :) ., I didn't have a hard time using it. and the brush looks sturdy unlike the other free brushes. It also delivers thin and thick lines. :)

• I am not good in describing ha., but I think it dries fast when swiped and has a "matte" finish. 
• A LITTLE GOES A LONG LONG WAAYYY!!!
• YES. IT IS. WATER-PROOF. KUDOS. HAHA
• not heavy on the lids when applied!
• Perfect for lining near your lash line. 
• extremely pigmented
• very creamy and it glides smoothly
• long lasting! 

CONS:

• minimal budging. But I am not sure if this is a con or a pro because this is my first gel eyeliner and I don't have a clue if the other gel eyeliners budge/smudge horribly! =p
• some gel eyeliners are said to dry out in the pot after a few months. I HOPE THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE OR ELSE. DEFINITELY NO-NO
• It budged in the back of my hand. After washing it, I tried rubbing it, and here's the picture

• It's not that easy to remove once it dries. I tried using the mixture I did (sunflower oil from human nature and philosophy 1 step cleanser) It took me 3-5 minutes to totally erase all the lines I did! lols

• has limited shades available. I think it only comes in black and brown?

Over all. I cannot emphasize how happy I am the moment I purchased and tried it. Amen. =p ., I think this not cheap and not expensive either to think that it will last long and it is worth the money you paid. ^^

Overall rating 4.5/5 - ONLY BECAUSE IT BUDGED A LITTLE. (I think they all do, it's just a matter of how long it takes to budge or its lasting power)


UPDATE: MY cousin likes this! She is planning to buy this right away. AND I found out, that my mom is using this in her room! She took it! AND THAT'S RARE. She does not use make-up everyday! (once in a blue moon. lols). Maybe I should ask her some money (to lessen my spendings) to buy myself more make-ups? **Giddy. :))

 I also bought 2 Vaseline Lip Therapy (tube packaging) because it is the first I saw this product in the Philippines! I gave him 1 before but because I was in USA that time. It was so good! It only costs 75.00 php :) I forgot to add! :))) While I was trying to fit the skirt, I was shocked to see my dress has a stain at the back. yes. monthly visit. I nearly freaked out! HAHA. I did not fit the skirt and hurriedly bought Kotex Napkin and went to the restroom. :)) so uugggh. okay. information overload. :p
